Nice work. You managed to come up with a unique model using a kit that normally makes all wizards look like clones.

Really nice! 8) I love the birch look of the staff/branch. The robes are a nice nod to (the movie )Gandalf's get up too btw!

As for parts, I spot: Imperial Wizard body, Chaos Marauder Pelt, Driad branch, Flagelant Head and a right hand I can't quite place. Gods, I need a life... lol

Pretty nice.  Grey is such a fun colour to paint.  It just works and looks good.
