In their Carlist War range. Could be used for Algeria in the initial colonisation period.

They would be almost usable for Crimea, except by the later campaign, the French had belly boxes and shoulder-braces, instead of cross-belts.

I would assume that some sort of light cavalry will be available in the range at some point - chasseurs or hussards.

These miniatures are not usable For criméa,crossing belts had ended since 1845, cap are smaller, knapsacks are differents, sabre idem! line infantery for criméa would be better (there si no differnece beetween FFL and infantery except buttons and collar's colors!!!)
Foundry or futur Great war range  or radetzky ?  i'm waiting for accurat french troops, with combat closing (the coat of FFL perry!!!), not in jackets and shakos like foundry ones!!

regards
paco

Cool down, Paco, or you'll make an heart stroke  lol

Anyway, you're right  ;)

There's no need anyway, the Perries already sculpted French for the Crimean War, still available through Foundry.

Very nice figures, sadly I can't gather much enthusiasm for the Carlist Wars.

I could see a "What If" use for a French Intervention in the MAW or use in the Pastry war perhaps?

Gracias,
