Were you not told that doing THAT could make you go blind?

Take it easy, mate, and hope your eye gets better sharpish.

Hope your eye recovers soon - you'll need the time to make and paint some skiffs for your Martians - otherwise they will have to walk into battle  lol

Hoping for fast recovery and new updates afterwards for this project. Better do as the doctors ordered though, no rushing to build anything before they say 'go'.

I am only concerned for his well-being.
Those intricate little details are obviously putting a strain on his mince pies.

Right, you're all getting a slap  lol lol

Seriously though, many thanks for the well wishes but it's not serious, just an annoyance that needs a bit of time to sort itself out (I was a bit worried as I've been having headaches which I never normally do) and its not a wink for the ladies  lol

What was more annoying was walking home for the hospital with no contacts and dilating eye drops in. I bumped into a lamppost, stood in something unsavoury, nearly got run over and tripped entering my own bloody home  ::)

I am currently wearing an eye patch courtesy of my lovely wife  ::) and I'm just sitting waiting for the comments that are enevitably going to come from saying that  lol

cheers

Now you can use the eyepatch as an excuse to start a grand (Space) pirate project, your missus can't object to that :D

Excellent, will you be wearing it tomorrow? It might help to intimidate the opposition ;)
