Bederken Dwerg miniatures series 1
« on: 24 August 2010, 03:08:49 PM »
Hey fellow Lead Adventurers

So I decided to learn how to sculpt minis this year, and after a lot of trial, error, swearing and green stuff....

I finally finished sculpting my first miniatures line...  woo hoo!  This is my retro style evil dwarf line, complete with command team, sorcerers, a familliar and rank and file dudes.  A full skirmish force suitable for Songs of Blades, Havoc or Skulldred!

They will be off to casting shortly, still time to tweak - so would love some feedback!

Enjoy!

Minis look ace, but LA is right. Muted darkness fit your retro paint jobs but I wouldn't mind a little more light here. :P

How much for a full set?

Great stuff - remember being excited when I saw some of these guys on frothers ages ago!  8)

Must have taken some doing - learning to sculpt and ending up with a whole line of evil dwarfs in a year!

I'd certainly be interested in a set of those; very nice indeed!  I have two queries: is there a chance of some closeup images and do you have any idea what the final price might be?

Cheers LeadAsbestos!  It's shocking how slapdash I've become when it comes to the business of paying attention of user's signatures; they're evidently not all silly quotes (like mine  ;))...

Congratulations!

I think these miniatures are delightfully bizarre in the most excellent way! They put in a mind of when Rackham was putting out things like the Ninja Goblins for Confrontation (I mean that as a compliment). Great style!

You can sign me up for the set.

Oh, and I totally agree, they are perfect for HAVOC. ;)
