Apartment House looking for renter

OK guys I have a Apartment House for rent but I diden´t know which of the possibility renter should get my ok .
One thing is clear he/she will use the firstfloor as business room wile he/she will get the second floor furnished.

Well Grimm, obviously Pete is a disheveled mess and would probably treat your new apartment the same way. It would be uninhabitable if he ever moved out.

Helen looks too nice. You know she's hiding some kind of dark secret that will end up riddling the place with bullets.

Professors are notorious for causing eldritch creatures to appear and once you get an infestation of them, they're worse than roaches.

Obviously the only logical choice is Rich. He's a snappy dresser, looks like someone who prefers to be left alone and will not trash the place with wild parties or turn the place into a shooting gallery.

Pete looks like a fine, upstanding member of the booze. I mean community. Nobody named Pete has ever caused problems.

Plus I hear there was a little lead Sergeant Grimm at Historicon over the weekend.

The professor looks mean as a snake, but he's your best option to getting your rent on time every month. You may even get more if you sign that 'No Questions Asked' stipulation.

Beautiful work as always. Helen gets my vote, but I'm betting if you rent it to her the other three will visit often. Let's just hope none of them show up at the same time.

Which plasticville building did you use for the walls? I've been looking for some good brickwork pieces to base a project of my own on.

Oh is not a Plasticville building ,I think I have to change Name of the column :roll:

The Walls come frome a Company they have a game calld ``Stalingrad`` but I diden´t know the Name of the company.
The walls come from my brother he has the game 5 or 6 years and never play it

I used to watch the Friday the 13th TV series and loved it!  I think even the mighty Grimm would have trouble coming up with all the knick-knacks to occupy the shelves!  

But in the end I votes for the bartender just so I could see the naked hasslefree girls.....    :roll:

How did you make the base for your building?  Is that plastic-card or MDF board?

Fantastic building though!  I sure hope whomever moves in gets some furnishings.
