Roctober 2: The Terror Returns!
« on: October 01, 2010, 07:59:44 PM »
It's that time of the year again, and we have bonus insanity to spread this month.  First off, two new releases:

Assorted Undead II (2 Conglomerates and a Zombie)

Crypt & Chained Coffin

Also, for the entire month of October, all orders placed on our website will receive either a free Pickman's Grave or Zombie Lovecraft model.  Spend $40, we'll send you both.  There was a lot of ugly coding involved in actually adding these as an automatic promotional item, so if you want to choose your figure, you'll need to add the Roctober! bonus item to your cart.  Alternatively, you can leave it out and we'll send you a random figure.

Those are great. Love the face on the flapper zombie! and the comglomerates are rightfully messed up :)

Are there going to be rules for the zombified Agent Lovecraft btw :)

My resolve just caved in, and I started to make an order - then the UMW website suddenly seemed to stop functioning (I can't access it with either Explorer or Firefox - get timed out)???

EDIT:

Now I'm back in, but the site seems VERY slow right now. Hopefully it means lots of business!!!

Thanx guys. Kyla has outdone herself with the chained coffin...I love the goatguy on the slab.

As far as rules for Zombie Lovecraft...nothing official. I guess you could make him a weaker zombie and give him a special skill like...
'Orate': Zombie Lovecraft may spend an action to shower the enemy with purple prose. Any model within 8" must pass a Resolve Test or loose both Actions next Turn, being struck dumb by the verbal assault.  :D ;)

The fiend shambled forward, dragging it's mangled leg behind it. A good portion of it's lower jaw was missing and as it came closer the agent heard what sounded like a rough vocalization coming from the thing's visible and trembling esophagus.
"Jusssst before dawn Arcturussss winkssss ruddily from above the ccccemetery on the low hillocccck, and Ccccoma Berenicessss sssshimmers weirdly afar off in the mysterioussss easssst; but sssstill the Pole Sssstar leerssss down from the ssssame placccce in the blacccck vault, winking hideoussssly like an inssssane watcccching eye which sssstrivessss to cccconvey ssssome sssstrange messssssssage, yet recallssss nothing ssssave that it once had a messssssssage to cccconvey. Ssssometimessss, when it issss ccccloudy, I ccccan ssssleep." it hissed.
