Great job!

Quite fancied getting hold of the amazon myself but she always seems to command a healthy price on ebay...

Gorgeous painting M. Quite reminiscent of the illustrations too. Never saw the appeal of the wizard sculpt though myself.

I remember when these came out. I think John Blanche did the illustrations first, and then GW cashed in with the Ltd Edition figures.

However once again, fantastic work. They're not the easiest miniatures to paint.

Wow - the Wizard (or is he 'The Warlock'? I forget) looks so much nicer than mine!

(So does the Kinky Chaosette, but mine is as yet virgin, pristine and indeed unpainted too... so I can at least dream that I'll do a better paintjob!)

Very nice paintjob on both! I tried to get the amazon once but I don't really want to pay as much as other people it seems 8) The edges of the bases could maybe do with another coat of black paint, it seems a bit transparent.

Cool paint job!
The warlock figure was based on a John Blanche cover for warlord magazine, and was a redesign of a picture drawn by a reader for a competition.  He is not, as often said, the warlock of firetop mountain!
The chaosette was sold as a two pack originally as a limited edition, though it was never announced how many where made.
The warlock goes for a higher price on eBay- Though he isn't really rare as such-  you see one every month or so.  watch for broken index finger.
The chaosette appears much more frequently, you can usually grab one for around five pounds sterling - I suspect she was rereleased and rolled into the chaos warriors at some stage, but that's speculation on my part- you see her a lot more often.

I am sculpting a proper shield for the amazon based directly on johns artwork- shame I can't sell it!
