Romero Zombie?

I forgot where I saw it on LAF, but somebody did a zombie which looks surprising like George Romero (pure coincidence I' m sure).  Could somebody please let me know which company did it so I can have one too!  Thanks in advance!

Studio Miniatures but, AFAIK, it's a bonus figure and not available individually.
