Great, will have to print this out, think if you use plastic sheets then it might work without any glue or cardboard involved

Depends on whether the ink from your printer will adhere to the plastic or not.  A safer bet might be to print on an ink-friendly transparent adhesive sheet (Avery or similar) and stick it to the plastic after printing.

Ohhh, hard plastic toploaders?  Excellent idea!  You could put pretty much any sort of paper in those so long as it's thick enough to not show the other side through.

Still, the whole transparent sheet on styrene thing isn't a bad thought either
