That's great! I'm soooo waiting for these to be released. Looking forward to getting my hands on some. Hopefullly, one variant will be a mortar carrier.

I'd love to see a 1/48 "Stumpy" version too and also an Owl, Falcon, Suspended Mount 20mm, Pioneer and Command version.

Brian
Huh?
I am missing the point. I assume something that has to do with the SdKfz.251 variants. :-)

Let me see if I can translate.  ;)  I think "stumpy" refers to the 7.5cm stummel support variant.  The Owl I believe is the UHU infra-red search light carrier. Falcon I don't recognize, but my best guess is the night vision equipped apc that partners with the "UHU". The supended 20mm mount is the turret used for the 250/9 neu recce haltrack, 38T recce tank, and the 234/1 armored car. Unlike the turret on the 222 armored car, it did not need a pedestal mount, as the weapon was suspended from the turret itself. The pioneer variant would be like the 251/7 with assault bridges and engineer equipment. The command variant would probably be similar to a 251/3 equipped with extra radios, or maybe a 251/10 platoon leaders vehicle with a Pak 3.7cm cannon.

Around of applause to FATROC from a fellow treadhead!

Brian

PS
Would also love to see a Kitten armed with the X7 ATGM!  Since its new tech and not quite Sagger size, the Kitten would make a fantastic platform for this new weapon of war.  After all the Little Red Riding Hood just sounds like it needs to be mounted on a Kitten anyway.
Keep it WEIRD!

I'm still in for some in 1/48.Especially the short 75mm variant X2.
20mm turreted would work also and I could maybe use those extra Puma turrets I have(left over from the Sdkfz 233 conversion kits) to convert a couple more. Not sure if that was ever planned but its Weird War afterall. So thats 3 more...so lets get cracking lol
How about one with a open topped PAK 40? I have these for the Sdkfz 251 and Puma from QuarterKit.I guess I could just get more conversion kits from them to do it.So thers another.
Man this is going to get exspensive.

has anyone thought about this vehicle to use, since it's an alternate timeline anyway and it belongs to the family?
