The only thing that puzzles me would be the 'fluff' surrounding a 'zombie werewolf'. Nearly all movie related werewolves I have come across revert to the human form upon death. So how would it still be in the wolf form, to be animated as a zombie???

Other than that oddity - its a brilliant rendition in terms on scupted figure and paint!

The werewolf bit a zombie, passing the curse onto it. Since it was already dead, the zombie will turn into a zombie werewolf on full moons until it is "killed" again, with a silver bullet to the head. Then it turns into its original zombie form. 
Makes sense to me.
