North Star have bought Hellion 1866 Figures

Just a heads up for those who haven't seen this. I saw these listed in the VSF resource thread but couldn't find them, until now! Lovely figures.

Yep,  it's good news they are available again. They are lovely figures. It's great to hear they are planning to extend the range as well. :)

They are indeed gorgeous figures, Alan Marsh sculpts but the range as conceived by Helion was a monument to monomania, six million variations on a charging Prussian. Commercially it was a clunker, hence the sale. How many folk play the War of 1866 anyway? I'll bet that the majority of the handful that do, double up their FPW figures.

Yes, they are lovely, I just wish they were 1870s or later vintage with more modern-looking rifles  :(

Still, it's very good news that NS have taken over the range!
