Instant Graveyard for Eight Quid
« on: March 22, 2011, 08:42:30 PM »
Those ingenious fellas over at Renedra have been working their plastic-alchemical magicks again, resulting on this occasion in the fashioning of the rather fine artefact depicted beneath which should of course be of interest to Horror gamers everywhere.  I'm currently right in the middle of creating a dilapidated gothic cemetery and have recently run out of 'stones so this couldn't have come at a better time for me!  Damn, but it's a good time to be a wargamer.

Looking very good.
I have the Renedra tents and they are great.
These would go well with the church linked to in this thread:-

Thanks for the heads-up,  :)

Never heard of renedra but a quick look at their site and I'm sold on the grave yard.

Thanks for the link.

Good find, I too have some of the Renedra tents, these look up to their usual high standards!

Renendra stuff is great, and these look really useful. I like the addition of the crows, for extra horror creepiness (and general kit-bashing!)

I think these are great  :-* have ordered mine, at that price a must have for any gothic horror or cthulhu game.
Just have to wait for the church to be released after salute and instant game setting.

Those are great - and they have enough variety in the set as well.

Wonder if they'll do a mausoleum at some point?

Did Renendra used to be JB Models?  I'm sure they made stuff for GW, as well as their own range of 20mm vehicles (since sold to Airfix).

Funnily enough, now that the Ainsty lines are available again, I was looking at bulking out my Kings of War undead army with some graveyard scenics*.  And now this turns up.  Two pieces of excellent news in a week !

*The unit base size is fixed, and models are not removed as casualties, so I was planning to build some base dioramas and put fewer figures into each unit.  Cheap or cunning - you decide  ;)

Renedra also do most of the plastics for Perry Miniatures and Warlord Games.

Got mine today very nice if a little large (range from 20mm-30mm base to tip) nice detailing on the fronts but only on a couple of the backs. Overall very nice and worth the money for an instant graveyard  :D

Not sure what they were called before but they were GW Plastics. GW Plastics and tooling used to be in Wisbech, Renedra is made from those who didn't relocate to Nottingham (ie practically everyone) when they centralised production.
So many projects..... so little time.......
