sarcophagus lid of elder gods tomb

refined one of my older ideas, about 22cm from top to bottom tip, planning on the cast being available as either plain resin or with the black marbles or amber marbles already embedded.....

Beautiful and disturbing!

A great piece.

The colours of the used materials already give it a really disturbing look.
I love it. :)

Have to say that your skills evolve fast :) If you take the first pictures and compare to this version the progress is remarkable :)

Many thanks all, I'm very pleased with this one, have been practicing
textures a lot over the last couple of months and although I can see a lot
of progress it's great to hear others see it too...... this one is a lot more
refined than the first.

Will be making more pieces to go with this, then sending them and some other
sculpts off for casting and will then launch a site with stuff for sale, I just want
a good spread of stuff to start with  8)

Thanks for the feedback, this and Frothers has really driven me to keep going and
work at getting better, much appreciated.
