VERY WELL DONE! The Captain, his Cohorts, & their bases look FANTASTIC...good Zombie hunting.
Cool Mini or Not has started producing the Rackham line, although in resin; keep an eye on their site for a possible re-release of the dogs.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

We bought Pike&Shotte&zombies and Plague City supplement, intending to run a fantasy version. So we need: 1) fantasy survivors! 2) fantasy zeds!

Exactly what I'm going to do, too  :o

I intend to write up some racial traits and run some Warhammer: Extinction games, where participants can bring one or more models from their army and then just sit in on a game....
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

did you buy a copy of P&S&Z? I've finished to "study" the rules and I'm about to run the "tutorial" scenario... It seems a very funny game. Anyway, I like the background but I prefer fantasy :D At the moment I'm happy with rules for human figures but it would be great to have the choice beetween some wfb races :) If you write down something please share it! waiting for a thread Argonor! ;)

Yes, I have indeed bought a copy.

Only thing that bugs me are 1) it's a little bit too rules-heavy - but as I'm going to lure Warhamste players with it, that's probably a good thing..  ::) , and 2) the totally idiotic random zed movement 'roll a dice and move the zeds towards where it lands'. I'm definitely going to use another solution - maybe a template or so, to still maintain some level of control over the direction, but allowing for some unpredictability. Theres NO way I'm going to roll a die on my painted gaming table amongst my painted minis. Period.

But I also think the game should be entertaining - I just need to get some Mantic zeds at some point... Nicest and cheapest solution, I think.

yep, Argonor, maybe too  rules-heavy but very flavoured! eg. "I have a zombie on my spear" rule  lol very funny one
Totally agree about the zeds movement. I think that the dice solution is a bit silly. I have to try some different solution to see which one is more effective (Bloodbowl ball direction template maybe?)
BTW I have mantic zeds now! Very cheap and pretty nice...not wonderful (only 3 different legs, 3 upper body) but nice poses and after all, perfect stuff for the horde you need :) I've assembled 6/30... when I finish to build them I'll share some pics.

Its worth getting their ghouls too as then you can mix and match with those to get a lot more combinations :D

(Bloodbowl ball direction template maybe?)

Yes, something on that line, but maybe a cone of, say 90 degrees split on some dice results (on a d10, for instance, 0,10,20...90 degrees), or 6 arrows with a given angle between them to just use a d6  - or maybe just a scatter die where the result is reversed if it deviates more than 90 degrees from the intended direction (latter solution then, of course, allows up to a 180 degrees of outcomes, which may bee too much - after all, there IS some control of direction in rolling a dice where you want the shamblers to go).

Yes, I have their free ghoul sprue from back then, and those are nice models, too - good for 'runners', I think  :)

I agree with you on that one, Faber.
Heresy Ghouls are lovely!
I only went with GW myself as I already had the models, (picked up cheap on ebay, I refuse to pay their prices!)
I like Heresy Ghouls so much that I have convinced our new Mordheim player to take Undead and use them.....
