The most important one on such a basic level. What would cities do without these little houses...  :)

Spot on, sir!
The thing to remember is: That is what alleys are for.
 ;)

lovely stuff... are we going to be getting a gallows from that overhang?

No, sir.
Not from the overhang.
There is a possiblity that a gallows may form one of the scenic 'add-ons' that were mentioned earlier.
The reason being is that I would like this to be another 'universal' building to use in other settings (it may be difficult, as this is going to be a little distinctive with it's shape...) and fixing something like a gallows to it permanently would restrict this.

Here is where I got to earlier:

As you can see, there will be a supporting wooden-beamed section to hold up the frontal overhang.

This should help clarify the basic design of this level.

It has been painted up to a point where I can stick this together once the base layer is finished.
(I will do this once all the levels have been finished).

The rest of the painting and detailing will take place once it has the final level fixed in place.

Onto the next level then...

Yep, he's becoming annoyingly good at this sort of thing. I'm beginning to hate him :D

Thanks, Silent Invader.
It may not be my longest thread, but it does probably involve the most effort.
I am glad that you appreciate it.

Cheers, Matt.
You have given me an idea.... ;)

Here are a couple of progress shots, showing the groundwork that has been done prior to the upper floor being stuck in place.

There are a few more, but they could cause it some embarassment as it is still topless.... :o
