I’m looking for a tugboat in an appropriate scale (28mm). Any ideas?

Working on one of the HLBS-Tugboat right now for my Innsmouth project. It´s a beautiful boat but it is a bit cramped. Based miniatures will only fit in the bow and on the roof. Bought two of them. The one I bought last year was a perfect cast. But the second tug that I bought last week had some defects, and a lot of bubbles. It looked, and smelled like, HLBS changed their resin mix. I'll post a picture of my tug later in the week.

Walthers do a 1/72nd scale one but it is 1900's North America and may be a wooden kit.

LACKAWANNA make a 1/48th scale but it is pricey.

Herb Gundt (HGWalls) used one in an ACW game sme years back that he had converted from a plastic kit. I hope to see him at Historicon next week and will ask him as I was also trying to find one that would not break the bank account.
Wargamers do it on a table.

pricey isn't problem this time, I need just one tugboat. Any link?

Here's a link for a build of the LACKAWANA one. Looks mighty fine. 1/8 scale.
