Transformers game

I was wandering around the toy store today, looking at the cool new transformers toys that are out for the new movie, when it dawned on me that some of them (the carded blisters) are about 1:43 scale. I did a quick comparison to some actual 1:43 toys and yes they were real close. I know alot of gamers use that scale, and it got me thinking. What would be a good rules set to run a transformers skirmish game using those toys and 28mm figures?
