Akira question
« on: July 03, 2011, 10:41:09 PM »
Would of any of you chaps know which companies make Akira style figures and bikes in either 28's or 15's? The wi-fi out here is rubbish and it's taking forever to open any page at all.

cheers in advance

James

Soda pop minis have some rather manga influenced models   however (32mm?)

The closest your going to get to Akira style bikes I think are the old Void mini's from I-Kore. A few years ago though there was a collectable set of Akira prepainted miniatures, though I think they were closer to 38mm.

I agree that Void VASA bikes are the closest I've seen.  They are still available through Scotia Grendel:

I'm sure that grenadier used to do something too, but as they are defunct it may be hard to get  :?

I think some of antenocitis stuff looks like it'd fit, not bikes but other vehicles for cops/corporates etc. Think it might also be them who did a Blade Runner hover car, which although different fits well I think.
