Seems like you would sell a ton of these.....
I am looking for the following Deadlands minis:  Shotgun Thug, Lost Soul, Cleaners, Railroad Workers & Feral Dead. If you have any of these minis, or if you are one, please send me a PM.

He might sell a ton, but then the creators of Fallout would take him to the cleaners for all he made and possibly more.

Very nice sculpting work, you are a true talent.

Not necessarily, but I'd suggest sending an example to Bethesda, and see if they'd be cool with a limited run available to a few friends on the forum. You never know.

I absolutely love the Laser Rifle actually. What about a sprue of those? They'd be excellent for a lot of peoples Fallout projects.

If he's not mass producing them to make a profit, then there isn't really an issue. He he sold them at cost only, then he could probably get away with it.

I assume these were all a commission for Nimrod since he has the final product.

A sprue of the Laser Rifles wouldn't really violate anything, but will still leave people wanting more.

I would love to have 5 of these, but I would settle for one  ;)

Shoot.. How about a trade!  What do you want from my site:
http://www.companyb.biz/   :D

For stuff like this, the guys at Bethesda would probably want some to play with on their own.  Most companies will gladly settle for 10% of profits on IP like this if you want to make a deal with them.

I promise to buy at least two packs if they should become available. I am still waitning for the time to get into Atomic Cafe 1957 which fits nicely with the Fallout universe, so...  :)

You are clearly a very fine sculptor and there is clearly a good market just from looking at the LaF. If some kind of deal could be aranged or even perhaps a licence granted then I could see this as being an ecconomicly viable venture for you. Please look into it, or if you dont want to get yourself into all that buisness, look into sculpting for another individual or company who does, and make a stable profit for yourself as the sculptor. You clearly have in your hands the wargaming quivilent of finding oil or gold in your back garden!

I am tempted to try and get that deal myself.  Hmmm...  Maybe you should PM me.  I have a need for some Gear Kreig personalities and crews.  I'm also not shy about commissioning my own personal fallout minis and talking to Bethesda Myself.

And then their is the IP that's owned by the company I work for.  A little video game you may have heard of called "Halo Reach"   ::)
