I looked at the shapeways store for that ElfDude.  The pics on shapeways show some strange texture on the figure.  Is this difficult to paint over?  Do you have close-ups of your painted version?
This is my boomstick!

i dont have any. The strange texture is a side effect of 3d printing right now. U are suppose to be able to give it a quick acetone bath and eat away at the roughness. But i dont know myself just thought it was worth a mention and he wanted the link. When they get cheaper and there are more cad files around the web it will be a great day indeed. :) the fact that they are ripping 3d models from games makes it some much cool. Basically anything in a game etc u would wanted would be easily printable.

Well, I've finally recovered from Little Wars Melbourne 2013, here are some pictures:

Games in progress:

The view down Thunder Road.

Myself (on the left) and my helper for the day.

Dredd makes sure the recycling bin is out on the correct night.

Must be the edge of the red light district.

The table at the start of the day.

The intersection of Thunder Road and Magic Street. Named by Mayor Springsteen in 2012.

I have a pack of them as well I bought at the Dollar Store. May grab one more as I am toying with doing something in the fall with Supersystem 3 as well. I liked the Flute idea.
