All of the photos - and what they contain - are superb.  But the one with the hippo charging out of the water?  The best 'miniatures in action' photo I've ever seen.  And no one will top it - they might equal it, but never top it.  The use of the figures in that shot was exemplary.  And the foreground being slightly less in focus than the figures just adds to the effect: the photographer was no doubt somewhat surprised and shocked by the sudden lunge of the dangerous beast out of the water.   That shot arrested by attention, and focused it, like no other miniature photo I've seen and I must have seen ten thousand plus by now.  Huzzah!  Huzzah!  Hip-hip-Huzzah!

now get thee to me my unpainted led pile and get thee triple busy - and ignore your own lead pile  :D

A CANADIAN local hobby store with a small selection of historical wargames miniatures (mainly from Warlords). They also have a great selection of paint and hobby accessories from Vallejo, Army painter, AK Interactive, Green Stuff World and more.; https://tistaminis.com/

Thank you all! I'm happy you like it. :D

I always try to improve my photos, this time I used a mix of "real" white water / smoke (cotton) and photoshop work.  The next thing will be a small nile boat.

Frank, that's a superb little steamer. But not as superb as your photos. These are masterpieces of composition and technique.
