Nice looking buildings...

I managed to get some more painting done last night so have finished the basic painting on two more buildings and most of the bank.  Still need to add some detail tiles to the front walls.

Haven't had much chance to do any work on the city due to Warfare and getting ready for the show.

I did pick up some packs of Steve Barber's streetlights and fire hydrants at the show as well as his newsboy and newsstand though...

The baseboard is painted and 4 buildings are finished. I'm hoping to get some more done tonight...

Black Hat:  Do you have some links to the fire hydrants and street lamps you're using for reference?

I'll take a couple of pics of mine when I get a chance.

Here is a very quick picture of the streetlight and fire hydrant.

You get 4 lights and 1 hydrant in a pack for £4.00

Really nice and inspiring. Seeing so good results make me think twice about my own project method  :o

Here the difficulty is to find these cork sheets. For now I didn't find any in local hardware stores.

And the next 4 buildings including Church and Hotel.

Just 4 buildings to go and then its onto vacant lots, backyards and some street furniture.

The buildings look great, but a little too "clean". Have you considered weathering them for a more "lived in" look?
