There are also versions from Artizan Designs (nice), Reaper Miniatures (sword too big), Blue Moon (dodgy sculpt) and Lance and Laser (out of production?).

I have all of them and find the Boothill Miniatures set the most useful.  But, they all have potential for gaming.  Artisan has a nice one (I think the first or second Zorro I bought.)

I thought the Frog God (real name and company name slips my  mind) still produces the L&L one (in the superhero line - there is a compatible female figure as a person of interest.)

As well as the masked bandit himself there are presidial troops, a fat sargento, dastardly governor etc. I plan to add to the range next year with a tax collector set and some Mexican civilians including Don's, Vaqueros and ladies.

I have (and like) that figure - but it's more "Son of Zorro" or even a less known predecessor to Zorro in my mind.

It was Malamute's Zorro figures that broke the spine of my decision to leave 25/28 mm figures.  Then the soldados from DPS and 500 Nations Comanches that put the idea to rest pretty much permanently.   Finding adequate (if slightly inaccurate) figures for non-missionary California indians was icing on the cake.
