GW 40K Imperial Strongpoint. Won as a door prize at the LHS... I don't play 40k, so not sure what evil I will work with this.

Nice! I'm sure that you'll be able to make something happen with it.

Well I hope I haven't sent you on a wild goose chase, Nick. The Crawley one is huge - like a B&Q for anoraks  ;)

The Woking one might be a mere booth with none of the aforementioned goodies... Will be interested to hear how you get on!

I use the Bristol one when heading 'up country' the other thing to remember is when they have their sales the modelling stuff is included too!

Now water can flow....or water can crash...be water my friend.

I also use the Bristol one as a source for almost all the 20mm Italeri plastics I used for my 'Nam project.

It's double handy as my Wife can spend an age looking at watercolour stuff and I can have a good beard over the toys upstairs.  :)

16 Jersey road barriers from Fenris games, very fast and friendly service and the scenery is absolutely excellent and at a good price. They have some nice little additions for Moderns, Sci Fi and fantasy worth a browse or two :D :-*

I always drop in a spend when I find one :D
We have had one in glasgow for a couple of years
I always drop in and send a fortune.
I find a lot of the useful stuff very expensive compared to a model shop.
The selection of bits and pieces is amazing though.
I was in the other night (open until 10pm, Glasgow fort) and spent £27 on a little bag (very little bag) of goodies.

I would second that.  Got some dustbins & other Geezer-y bits via their Ebay shop.  Very fast & efficient.  8)

Just got back from my local game convention, and my favorite scenery vendor, The Art of War Terrain, had these for sale. They are giant jungle trees. No canopy, as it would get in the way. just huge "rooty" trunks, 6-8" tall.

Those are cool, and they'd be easy to make - toilet paper or paper towel roll and cardboard, or PVC piping if you wanted something really, really solid.

I think I just discovered my next jungle scenery project! Thanks!

36 woodland scenics trees and flock and stuff plus 45 pegasus bannana trees - the start of a Brazilian forest lol

At the risk of sounding like a killjoy, bananas aren't native to Brazil although a lot are grown on plantations.

Picked these up in another petshop a week or 3 ago, but only now managed to put up some pictures. As always, this is aquarium stuff. They are massive (see the minis for scale reference) and the two of them set me back 50euros, but they are textured on all sides, incredibly detailed, prepainted, ready to use, and did I mention they were big? well worth the money.

Wow! :-* I imagine just the Egyptian temple would go for around 50 if it was made and sold as wargames terrain.

Wow. If I had the money right now I'd pay you to send me one of those temples!
