Has anyone seen them? Are the figures 28mm?

White Knight just got some - that's why I did the search  :)

Most of the figures in the sets I got are heroic 28mm, except for some reason the gladiators, those are more like old true 25mm (kind of like Valiant plastics). Some are very bad, some look okay, but the thing that bothers me is they have very soft detail in places, especially when there is hair, fur or chainmail involved.

Not to be confused with the boxes of figures they sell that, as far as I can judge are 54mm.

White Knights news has rather taken the wind out of my sails :'( I've bought one of these which was a quarter the price of a GW Castle. I wouldn't mind another if I can get it for the same price. Very hard to put together and a bit under scale but its looking hopeful so far.

You can still be the first to post pictures of your assembled version.  :)

Cool. So if I get hold of a set I could use it in combination with this(?).

Darn, missed that until now  :o

Good idea to use an existing set to create someting new. Actually a damn good idea, saves a lot of time thinking of materials to use, measuring angles, and stuff like that.

I think you should be able to use the Tehnolog stuff, too.

To be honest I am not sure how much work you save by using existing kits. Sure you save on texturing and basic shape but there's a lot of fiddly stuff to consider.

I think you should be able to use it. The brickwork won't be the same of course.

I will be using it for my Robin Hood project but as its a 1/72nd scale Castle it will take awhile to get it to a photo ready stage.
I've planned out how to make the walls taller and will need to get hold of some blue foam for that as well as to use for a base.
I think I can only make a quarter section of a Castle but would like another set to fill a whole table edge.

I always have lots of plans, but it may take ages before I get around to anything, so you can still get critical acclaim long before I have anything to show for besides some boxes of sprues.  ;)
