Scratchbuilt Interplanetry Light Freighter

Thanks guys. The first layers of paint will be going on later this week. It feels good to have got this far, my hobby room is littered with past half finished creations that I grew frustrated with or lost interest in, so it'll be good to add to the few finished projects.
And yes they are big windscreen wipers - landing or taking of in methane rain isn't that fun

Well as promised here's a WIP of the paintwork. I'm glad a perceived now that's it's starting to look like I imagined it.

More weathering, scorch marks (from re-entry) and decals to be added along with the windscreen and further detail painting

I've had it finished for a while now, but first now been able to get my fingers on our camera.

Here it is landed just outside a small settlement on Amman IV - who knows what it's captain is up to?


Ah, he's supervising the unloading of a stolen EMW Z4000 hover car. It doesn't look in good condition, but favoured amongst provincial 'big men' and still fetching a good price; so it's more than likely stolen.


Here comes a truck with a precious shipment of pure H₂0, a valuable commodity on Amman IV, where natural aquifers are rare and jealously gaurded, most drinking water as a result comes from condensation farms. This shipment in contrast to the first is likely to be 'legal'.


Finally the crew and guards loading the shipment.
