7TV: On Location - HARD COPIES NOW SHIPPING
« on: 14 March 2012, 12:47:05 PM »
Our new 7TV supplement On Location is pretty much done. Kev Dallimore has provided some more wonderful photos and Wayne Peters has finished three glorious cutaways of three unique vehicles featured (see below).

Final page count is 112 and packed between the covers are: 6 different location types, 20 items of equipment, 7 new weapons, 3 special effects, 23 vehicles, 10 Extras, 5 animals, 9 event cards, 15 gadget cards and 15 Guest Stars and Co-Stars!

It will be availble in PDF from 1st April and released in hard copy at Salute.

To whet your appetites I thought I would share a sneaky low res peek of Wayne lovely cross-sections. The hi-res versions are packed with detail and all labelled up in true 'Eagle' Annual style.

Aye, building something like that for any game system would be one of those "some day" project for me.

This is great - I've seen a pre-print version and am hoping to pick up my copy at 'Salute'. It's like getting the 'Captain Scarlet' annual as a kid all over again. Highly recommended for all sci-fant gamers.

Its getting hard to resist 7TV! You should do a poster sized spread of those cutaways-great fopr the kids bedroom wall (where i can sneak in a stare at it)

Cheers Roj - I can only encourage you!

Currently in negotiation for depthprints and canvases for some of the 7TV artwork :)

Hloy Cow! The mind-numbing numbers of new vehicles, extras, animals and guest stars alone make this a must-have...  ;D

Will it be a soft- or hardcover book?

I'll second the call for posters - my two boys would love them to go with their Dr Who posters  :D

See you at Salute

Great-the artwork is so cool!

What is holding me back is not 7TV at all but miniatures. I've not been a prolific 25-28mm painter. Doing 6mm, and recently 1:600 aircraft and 15mm sci fi has really inproved my painting output and suits my style more. But i am not sure that there is the variety of character figures in 15mm to do 7TV justice.

I'm shamelessly hawking, but the 7TV cover is available as a poster already :)
