OOH! COOL RATS! They're lovely...for rats that is. GREAT brushwork & basing...VERY WELL DONE!
I've done up some Wyrd Rats recently; I noticed a need to scratch as I waited for the spray finish to dry.

Thanks, Al!
I have stopped itching now. Thankfully!

Cool rats Mason!  :-*

I also appreciate the who's who gallery of your M.O.O.S.E. agents.
They look even better grouped together and I love the creative names!  lol

Thanks, aggro!
I agree. They do seem to look better as a group.
Really glad that you appreciate the names.
Just a bit of fun, but adds to the group, I think...

Tried to make some headway on the next batch, but the unusually hot weather that we are having in the UK at the moment is not helping. The paint is drying out so fast!
I tried another option, using washes and glazes on some of the minis I have been working on, but am unhappy with the results.
If I cant get much painting done, then I guess I will have to start work on some of the conversions that I have planned instead... ;)

Try living in Florida, we have great primer weather for only a few months after that it goes to sub-tropical humid and hot or wet making primer work impossible.

I do sympathise, mate.
Especially after todays shenanigans!

That's really cracked me up! :D  :D  :D

It does not take a lot, does it, mate?  ;)

As mentioned earlier, I had been struggling to get the Lurkers on the painting table finished. The paint was drying too damn fast!
I did manage to get a couple done, though, and even got one based and posing for a picture.
(I must apologise in advance, as this was one of my attempts at pointing the camera, it is not that shiney and his hand is not as distorted as it appears!)

Zombie Number Two- The Stiff Suit.

I will get the last one from this set based and post him tomorrow...

Great looking figure!

Thanks, styx!
They are a great pack, very well sculpted and nice clean casts.

Wow nice! Is that the tengu zombie?

Thanks, Mo!!
It certainly is.

Here is the last of the pack.

The Flat Cap

Another great sculpt from the Tengu stable.

A group shot of the whole Great Zedsby pack.
I need to go back later to add the 'gore.' I need to purchase some Tamiya Clear Red first... ::)
I have also noticed that I have missed a few small details that need finishing off.
Belt buckle, buttons, pearls etc.
Doh!

Wonderful models, highly recomended!
They are better than the pictures imply.
(Untrained monkey pointing the camera again!)

Hope you like 'em....

Looking good, keep up the good work...Tengu Models have some great miniatures, must get me some more soon. After the gore is added (sparingly?), these will look great. Also there's nothing wrong with your pictures, these are quite sharp. Not coming even close to the worst pictures I've ever seen of miniatures (extremely fuzzy, dark phone pictures...*shudder*)...maybe you could adjust the lighting a bit, they seem a bit overexposed.

I agree with Necrocanibal - you do over expose yourself Mason; I don't think the Womens' Institute are talking to you after that incident with the vicar's cat and the teapot...

 ;D

(Y'see, it really doesn't take much to make me laugh ;)).

Loving the zombies, need to collect some myself for SA, but wondering which route to go. Hmmmm.

Tengu have some great models, I agree.
There are a few more that I will be ordering, including the zed with the massive arm that you posted.
Your version convinced me that it will make a fantastic zed that is turning into a Blasphemous Construct.
Thanks for the photo advice too!
 :)

But how can you say that after providing the teapot,  Bertie?

Cheers, mate!
I may be able to help you with the zombies. We shall discuss at the weekend.

Have some pics of the latest additions to the Lurker pool.
Will post some tomorrow...

OK. Thank you, styx!
You are begining to join a very select band of one.....

On the other hand, you have got me thinking- Flashing Zombie!
Tengu do a nice naked zombie that could work well for the base model for this conversion idea!

Maybe that would be going too far... ::)
Certainly not worth going to that much effort for a humble zombie, either.
(Might have gotten a few laughs, though!)

Uncanny likeness!  lol

Verry funny, Bertie!

Right, well thats the Zombies out of the way.
Now for something a little different.

A Hybrid in tattered Greatcoat.

A lovely little sculpt from em4.
It should have looked much better, but this is one of the figures that I had so much trouble with due to the heat.
The paint kept drying really quick and has therefore received too many coats attempting to save it.
It is ok, but the sculpt deserves better.

One of a few Hybrids that I have. I painted his 'Daddy' at the same time.
I will post him later...
