Dr Dixwith Naychere.

Haha!! The naughty lad. That'll get him in a bit of trouble

The sword he sung a song of death,
But could not make the sickle yield."

What an excellent addition to your other guards, I just love convertions like that!
Be mindful of the prayers you send
Pray hard but pray with care
For the tears that you are crying now
Are just your answered prayers

Loads of good work and games in this thread since I last popped in! Good work all round. I really will have to try and get over to Mason Mansions for a game or two, perhaps when I'm back from the inlaws next month.

I say Aubrey. Jolly rotten luck old chap. No heat ray for you.

Thanks, old chap! Will have another go at defeating the forces of darkness this week, when I will be teaming up with the Irish chaps to give the baddies a damned good thrashing....

(Hopefully!)

They do, definitely. Lovely bunch!

Thanks, Prof!
I am glad that you approve.

Looks great!

Thanks, styx!

Thanks, aggro!
The miniatures are highly recomended.
Very easy to paint.

Dr Dixwith Naychere.

Haha!! The naughty lad. That'll get him in a bit of trouble

It already has, and will surely continue.
Should also give the Chaps and Chapesses from the Ministry a little trouble too!
 ;)

What an excellent addition to your other guards, I just love convertions like that!

Thanks, Mo!
They were simple to do, but blend in pretty nicely.
My favourite kind of conversion!

You are, of course, most welcome, Old Chap.
Look forward to catching up with you.

We shall see!

As Legionnaire Berthas mentioned, there are a few of us meeting up this week to play a multi-player scenario.
It will be Bert and The Lockswin combining their efforts and trying to bring the forces of Darkness to heel.

I wont give too much away yet, but they will be playing a scenario of my devising, similar to The Cave of the Serpentlord.

But without any Serpents, of course...

Cool looking security forces.

Thanks, obsidian3d!
Security forces: I like it!
 :D

We wont be playing a multiplayer tonight, as The Lockswin cannot make it.
Legionnaire Bert is still popping over, so we will still playing a couple of games.

I had been quickly painting a couple of things for the multiplayer, specific to that scenario.
I will still use them later this evening, just not in the way that I intended.
We will still play the multiplayer scenario, just as soon as we can get the players together, but tonight will be a couple of standard games.

Here is one of the things that was completed.
The other one will be posted tomorrow, so Bert does not know what he is up against.
A little surprise for him, you might say...... ::)

The Idol.

This is the Copplestone 15mm scale Idol.
I think it still works well with 28mm figures.

Here is a piccie with a Cultist to show you how it sizes up.

What do you think?

I will pop the other one up tomorrow, after Bert has made his introductions...

The Idol is very cool in a creepy sort of way...VERY nice brushwork & basing. It looks like it is going to suddenly bite the Cultists head off.
I can hardly wait to see what you have in store for Poor Bert.

Nicely done fella. Looks great.
I'm gutted to be missing out on tonight's game, had to console myself with some nightshift purchasing for my fledgling lurkers. 7 zombies a cult leader and a cult high priest ooh and a conglomerate.... I'm rather pleased with myself actually.

How many BP will you have to spend on gribblies for the big game?

Give those M.O.O.S.E boys a good spanking Mason......er....I mean good luck chaps.

Sounds like you are amassing quite the collection there, mate.
Just gotta get your brushes in action now...

No BIG game tonight, I am afraid, just myself and Bert.
We shall still have some fun, with some new opposition for the Thames Valley Division....
