Fantastic looking bunch! Especially love the freaky Plant and the Maniacs.

Thanks, necrocannibal!
Good to see you back in the SA fold!

I have finally found my mojo and managed to get some painting done.

These little fella's are The Boglins.

They will be the British equivalent of the Tcho-tcho, lurking in and around swamps, marshes and other wetland areas. A nasty little surprise for the unwary!

They are another great little find in the Four A Miniatures range, the Sea Demons.

I have actually finished painting a small tribe of seven of these little critters, but have only done the bases of these three.
As they are fairly small, I have left the base tab on them and built up around it with Green Stuff.

I will, hopefully get the bases done on the others later, once the putty has cured, and post them tomorrow.

Sorry about the naff piccy, but I am trying my best with the picture-taker...

Four A does come up with some VERY cool & unique little pieces; AND your FINE BRUSHWORK has brought out these qualities wonderfully...your basing technique looks TERRIFIC with the Little Horrors. VERY WELL DONE!

I think he shall fit in well at the Asylum...

For a coming BLAM we should pool our resources and make something out of it.

It was seeing your Piranha Boys that shamed me into getting these little fella's painted at last. Yours are much the prettier, of course!

 :o
So it was you!
I remember seeing those wonders a while ago and could not remember who did them.
They were a major part of the inspiration behind my own Asylum.
They are wondrous, bloody gorgeous little lunatics!
 :-*
And now that you have posted them here I can gaze some more and get more inspiration.
Cheers muchly!

For a coming BLAM we should pool our resources and make something out of it.

Now THAT is an excellent idea, if you fancy doing it...

Nice little chappys there Mason. They look bloody evil.

Is more terrain needed for these fellas or do you have swamps hidden away in that Alladins cave of a cupboard you stash your goodies in?

They were meant to look a little unpleasant.
Was having a 'bad-eyes' day, so not quite what I intended, but they will do...
As for scenery, I have a few things that will suffice.
 :D

Thanks, styx!

Have some piccies of the other little nasties.
Will post them later once they have been uploaded...

The Mason painting machine rumbles on! *Adopts classic Wayne's World 'We're not worthy' pose* ;)

Fantastic additions to the Strange Aeons stable, mate, well done.

So glad we are meeting up for a game on Tuesday as I am in need of another hit of 'Aeons.

Nice one.

Nasty little Boglinses! Wouldn't want to meets those in nature... unless armed with a pump shot-gun, that is ;)

Yes, will definately steer my 20s and 30s projects with SA in my mind... need to order the rules in the first place. And start slapping some paint on already existing minis and order some more :D And keep this all secret from my missus?!! :D

See ya Tuesday.
Should have some new threats to the Sanity of the Realm for you to pit the Thames Valley Division against!
 ;)

SA: You know it makes sense!
 :D

Keeping it all secret?
It is in the interests of her sanity after all... ;)

Here are a couple more of the Boglins!

These two are Piranha Boys, again from Four A Miniatures.
(Note: I don't think that the one on the right is in their webstore yet).

The last two are the Hag and Chieftain.

These are from the Sea Demon range, Hag and Warrior 1.

A group shot of the Tribe.

I wanted to make them quite sinister looking and hope that it has worked, as most that I have seen have looked quite cute and I really wanted to avoid that with these chaps.

Again: Sorry about the picture quality.
One day I will manage to take a decent set of pictures...

I can identify with your feelings about the photos; I'm rarely happy with my photographic efforts...my own camera is Demonically Possessed & would fit in nicely with one of your more fiendish Cults. Despite that the Sinister Little Beasties look WONDERFUL...EXCELLENT color choices to highlight their evil natures. They all work TERRIFICALLY together. FANTASTIC WORK!

Nice additions! I think the choice to go for sinister appearance rather than cute was definately the right one.

I WAS seriously tempted with the blue scheme, but decided that this suited my purposes better, and am pretty happy with how they came out.

I quite like the little critters, nice sculpts.

Hopefully get the rest of the Mad Scientists painted up at the weekend.

Nearly finished sculpting the Missing Link, too...
