My 'Others' arrived this morning and bloody nice they are too. Not having a pop at Mason's photographic skills but the pics do not do them justice. Nicely proportioned sculpts and cleanly cast.

Seeing the in the flesh makes me realise how versatile they are for other genres. I already have them pencilled in for EotD and Quatermass yarns.
Don't!

I am really chuffed that you like them, and certainly wont take any offence with anyone commenting about my photography skills.
I have been having a bit of a 'mare trying to get decent pics of the castings.

I hope to have some painted piccies soon, which may help.

Someone else also received their order today and asked if I would make any more Hooded Ones, which I was thinking of doing anyway as I enjoyed making them,
He seemed pretty pleased too.

Pictures have been taken of the first Agent Sculpt.

Female Agent with Axe...

The first of at least four.
There may be more.

Hope you like her....

The Girl with the nice ax turned out SPLENDIDLY. Is she wearing a muffler? I can't quite tell from the photo. At any rate, GREAT WORK!

Muffler..?
Not sure what that is, to be honest.

She is wearing a big, think wooly scarf.
Cold weather gear is the order of the day for this group of Agents.

That's it; a muffler is a big, thick, wool (usually) scarf. Again...GREAT WORK!

Have you notice just how addictive Green Stuff can be?

It is a bit late to tell me that now!

This afternoon I managed to convert a new member to our group of SA players.
I was visited by Painter 112, who normally only plays 40K but was curious rnough to give SA a go.

Here is the set-up we used for the games.....

(Bird's Eye view)

...yes, games.
He must have enjoyed it as we played three scenarios.
 :D

I did take a few pics during the game, but only a few.
I will post them when I have uploaded them later...

The Agent is looking good, looking forward to seeing what else you have in mind, probably going to pick these up even though I hate the cold (even imaginary cold!)

And of course I must once again compliment you on your table set up, always a treat to see what you've come up with and always a board I would like to play on myself. And always good to see the GW foam cemetery piece, always one of my favorites (I actually have three of them, one in it's original form, one that's been touched up a bit and one that's still in the original packaging. Also have the other three pieces they put out and at least one of them usually makes it to the table.) As always, thanks for sharing.
We haul ours to kick theirs.

Thanks, diehard, much appreciated.
 :D

The second Agent is almost finished now and I shall pop up a piccie tomorrow.

Anyway, I mentioned earlier that there were three games yesterday, with Painter 112 forming the Somerset Division of M.O.O.S.(E).

Their first game was a Fight! scenario, attempting to clear out the evil Cultists from a quiet village.

The Cultists quickly established themselves in the local Cemetery and made their stand....

....whilst the brave Agents of the Crown attempted to advance and destroy them, utilising any cover that they could on the way...

The superior marksmanship of the forces of His Majesty eventually took their toll, as the Cultists were gunned down like mechanical ducks at a fairground shooting range...

Once the smoke had cleared it emerged that, although they had been victorious, the M.O.O.S.(E). team had lost an Agent to enemy fire.
Agent Bob 'the Miner' Gold would see action no more.

Time for the team to re-equip....

Second scenario: Recover the Artefacts.

When the team went back into the village to attempt to recover whatever nastiness that the Cultists had been protecting, it emerged that another force of Cultists were attempting the very same thing....

....the evil scum were quick to pounce on His Majesty's forces and gunned them down to a man...

...the Agents suffered heavily in this second encounter.

Every single one of the team had suffered a Major Injury!

Agent 'Zorro' Hernandez would forever after suffer from Poor Health...
Agent Sadique would suffer permanently from Teratophobia...
Agent 'Muttonchops' Black was now a Basket Case...
and Captain Montgomery, fearless leader of the team, would remember this day forever and would eternally Hate Cultists!

Poor old Agent 'Tiny' Tim Crabtree would also suffer eternally following this encounter.
He had contracted that terrible disease of Death!

Not a good day for the Men from Somerset!

Captain Montgomery quickly gathered his forces and some reinforcements from the local Army Cadet school, and went after the Cult again.

This time they were forced into a desperate last stand in the local church had had to make a fighting retreat, leaving two of their number behind.

Somerset was firmly in the grip of Cult control....!

Fantastic eye candy!! Great stuff! :-* :-*

I'm still holding you to that game btw.

I know you told me at BLAM but I've slept since then, where did you get the graveyard from?

I wish I had more time, to be honest.
Apart from a few Old West buildings, I have not had time to do anything at home since BLAM.
The sculpting lark was all done at work during my breaks.
 ;)

Game? Whenever you are free, Old Bean.
Lets do it!

It is an old long out of production Games Workshop foam jobbie.
They come in a grey colour with bright green flock on them, hence the repainting.
You can still pick them up on ebay occasionally.
