Now, *there* is something I'd like to own. Make a set!
I shall be making a start later in the week, sir.

"Fackham Hall"! Really?
Yep!

We had an interesting game, which was mainly a test to see how well the system could cope taking it up to a larger skirmish game.
Conclusion: With enough Command models it should work just fine.
The scenario was fairly simple.
The Cult would begin the game in the courtyard of Fackham Hall, summoning something very sinister whilst the Special Operations team would be appearing at the Docks and attempting to stop the ceremony before it reached its conclusion.
There will be no AAR as such as we didnt take too many pictures but here are those that survived...
The Cult gather...

A couple of burly Cultists guard the gateway to Fackham Hall whilst the ceremony took place.....

A view of the surrounding area, with the Docks just visible on the left...

Things started to become quite dire for the forces of His Majesty early on when the teddy bear-armed Maniac felled two of the leaders of the team early on (with two Command skills out of the game things became quite fraught from then on...)....

The Maniac was finally brought down by a hail of automatic fire, but not before she had taken care of a fair few of the attackers....

In the meantime the Evil Cult Leader (1st Class) had convinced two of his followers to slit their own throats on the Altar of the Old Gods.
He had asked a third but his response was slightly different....something along the lines of telling the Cult Leader to poke something somewhere that he would rather not.....
Not to be put off by this response the bold Leader placed his hands on the head of the sacrificial victim which would play 'host' to the summoned entity.....

.....and managed to summon a horrendous beast of enormous proportions....

.....and promptly passed out!

Seizing her opportunity, the 'visiting' Cult Leader, Mary Krimbow, took charge of proceedings and Commanded the creature to descend upon the unfortunate remainder of the Special Operations Team and devoured them....

...and that was pretty much that......OUCH!
