That pack of hooded evil is going to be very useful; pack of ghosts; pack of degraded cultists; pack of scrawny ones; it's all of the above.
That is the intention, mate.
I am glad that you spotted the intended versatility.

Every time I see those Bentleys I charge off to eBay and almost buy a brace.
They are so perfect for the job.
You know that resistance is futile, do'nt you mate?

The scale is 1/47 ?
The scale of the Models of Yesteryear range from Matchbox are not all the same scale as they are usually made to fit the box.
The scale is pretty varied from one model to the next.
I think a little 'artistic license is called for when it comes to these.
They tend to be larger than Lledo cars but I actually prefer them to be bigger as a figure, once based, seems quite tall next to the smaller Lledo offerings.
Here are some of the vehicles from the range with their respective scales:

I feel that anything outside of this range will not work and the cars at either end the scale may push the bounds of credibility dependant on personal taste and they may also look a little odd if they are next to something from the opposite end of the scale.
It is simply a matter of personal opinion, that is all.
As for those Bentleys of mine, the 'standard' model was not released until 1930, and was much smaller.
These are the prototype models, which were developed for the British Government a few years earlier and hence are slightly larger to accommodate the bigger engine that was required for the specialist roles they performed for M.O.O.S.(E). and other branches of the Service that utilised them.
