Thanks, Fellas!

I am going to paint one up to match my scenery in the next couple of days to show what they look like in a slightly different colour scheme.

How well do they work side-by-side, as opposed to end-to-end? I'm thinking of a plaza or courtyard rather than a road.... ???
Television is rather a frightening business. But I get all the relaxation I want from my collection of model soldiers. P. Cushing

They should work just fine.

I will sort out some proper pics tomorrow.

Here is a picture with two of them, chosen at random and uncleaned, popped next to each other.

Once they are painted the same colour they should work just fine.

In fact, I may have a go at a quick scenic piece later, utilising two of them,  if I get the time...

Is it worth having a go at carving apart one of those and making the sides interlocking for a more seamless joint for larger areas?

hardly in resin - for that I would try a plaster version, which should work very well with the rubber moulds...

Possibly, they're quite thin so a very sharp scalpel should do it.

Plaster would certainly be quicker, but with the thickness of that piece, scalpel and needle files should be fine

I hope to get some time tomorrow to mess around with a couple and see what can be done.

Paul,
Any thoughts on what these will cost?

I have started a WIP thread for these on my Krappefortt thread, as that is where they will probably see most use...

....although, like most things that I build, the results will be pretty generic.

Hi Lon,
It is looking at about £8 each, discounts for buying more than one.

I have finished working on the Paved Road sections.
These have had the resin piece stuck onto a piece of MDF and had raised wall areas added with wood.

Here is a sneak peak of one of them which should work well in our games of Strange Aeons....

More pictures, including some of the ruined section, are here, in my Krappefortt thread:
