There are several figures that are almost finished.

Here is one that is about 95% there, sorry for the quick picture but you get the idea:

Once I take better pictures of them it should be more apparent exactly what he looks like, as he has a vaguely fishy face.
The others have different fishlike mutations, webbed hands and feet, boggle eyes, fins etc...

This one just needs some more definition on his shirt as I am not entirely convinced as it is.
