Much appreciated.

Nurses  :D

The Nurses will look more like these lasses....

http://camc.wordpress.com/2012/03/18/ww1-commenwealth-nurses-uniform-part-4/

....rather than 'saucy' variety.
(Although there will be a little fun in their identities.... ;)).

I don't know....
apart from the doll and throug a WW1 eye - do away with the uniform and they look pretty saucy to me...

Plus, hard to beat the fact when a woman knows how anatomy works....  :P

I know you didn't, but others made reference.
I was not referring to you.
You must have a guilty conscience.
 :D
 ;D ;D ;D

Anyway....the nurses are coming along well.
They just need arms now, everything else is done.
They will probably have a doctor joining them too, who will be as generic as possible in order to make him usable over the same time period.
 ;)

Also started work on a couple of dogs as Lady Bunny Baxter, as she will now be known, has left the City Agents pack and will now have a pack of her own.

I have started work on a pair of dogs to accompany her so she shall have her trusty 'hinds' with her wherever she goes.

I have also rejigged things a little within the two planned moulds, so that the Hybrids will be cast up sooner than first thought.
 ;)

The aforementioned Nurses awaiting the arrival of their arms....

Matron Manly-Bild

Nurse Tallen-Ganglee

Nurse Shorten-Buxom

These pictures had to retaken as my camera seems to love focussing on the corks rather than the figures....
(I really need to work out a way to take decent pictures of green stuff..... ::))

It should still give an idea of the direction that I am taking with these, though.

Nurse Tallen-Ganglee was supposed to bear a passing resemblance to Olive from 'On the Buses' with those glasses, but my missus says that they look wrong for a nurse.
She reckons they make her look more like an aviator!

Should I change them or not?

Opinions would be appreciated.

EDIT: New photos to replace the rather naff old ones.

The middle one may punish naughty boys with a paddle, but she is sure wearing a sour look there Pablo. lol lol lol The tall one has a small passing resemblence to Dame Edna Everage. ;)

Cheers, Matt!

Matron does look like she is a bit of a harsh disciplinarian, I agree.

As for the Edna resemblance, that is another option, as Olive has similar boggles.
I think those ones will have to go, as all the earlier models I find seem to be small and round.
An easy enough swap, so I wont be crying too much.

That can wait, though, as I need to finish off a few other things first.....

.....which are very nearly all done.

I finished off the Lady and her Hounds last night and have almost completed the second City Agent and the Hybrid Priest.

I shall take some pictures later.
I need to get some kip first.

Just practice, mate.
And taking a good look at the miniatures in my own collection and working out the order in which things should be added.
That is the key thing: the order in which you add details to the armature.
