For the submarine, all you need is the conning tower busting through the pack-ice. That should be a far easier (and smaller) build than an entire Ohio-class boomer!
from Mr.Vampire: "It's the paintjob that makes the miniature fight harder not the size."

Some new stuff, mainly terrain.
One of the scientists turning.

Barrels, Gas tubes, autopsy table and first aid cabinets.

An autopsy gone bad.

Water dispensers, more barrels and a fire extinguisher, there will be lots of these to put out any fires caused when fighting the things  ;)

Wonderful!
Everything about this project is turning out so well.
Any chance of listing where all the internal furniture is from for future reference?

Loose barrels: max mini I think.
Gas tubes, water dispensers: Ainsty
Autopsy table, fire extinguishers: Black cat bases.
First aid cabinets: Fenris Games
I will also cross-use some terrain pieces, like the file cabinets etc from my Fallout project in post-apocalytic tales.

Fabulous thread, keep it up.

The water coolers are really nice.  The latest canine Thing on the other hand is definitely not, in a good way.  That matter coming out of its mouth makes me feel mildly queasy.

Your rules development for trust etc is an interesting idea.  The Battlestar Galactica boardgame might give you a few ideas.  One character secretly begins as a Cylon via similar mechanics to those as you described, with others subsequently realising that they are cylons.

The BSG rulebook is available as free download here.  It might give you some inspiration perhaps.
