Today I had a painting frenzy; not only did I finish Isengard but I pushed onto the Ringwraiths and characters! Now I've finished all the Shadow forces.

Wow, man, you're really pushing forward. The minis look really good so far, and with the shadow forces done you have already finished most of the troops. Well done!

Fantastic paint work. They will certainly brighten up the game on the tabletop.

Thanks guys- the painteds are overtaking the unpainteds, which is great.

Today- The North! No Ned Stark, tho'.

Rohan rocks. Probably the best miniatures yet. That's not to say the others didn't work out but I think Rohan is even better than the others. Keep on dipping, sir.

You're doing a really good job. Have thought about doing this is well, but always seemed to not be worth the effort. Might need to reconsider after seeing this.
Why aim for gold if you can get lead?

Thanks for the kind words, guys.

Today, I struggled with Gondor. Almost there...

You've set a cracking pace! I agree with the previous comment - Rohan looks fantastic.

It's going to be excellent when you've got all these minis done. This game cries out for painted playing pieces  - it's an ocean of plastic straight out of the box.

Yeah, I've been off work... and I want to get them done before I restart... and I'm almost there!

Today I got into the dwarves, then in a fit of I-just-want-to-get-this-done I launched into the Fellowship. Hopefully, it will all be done in 24h.

Thanks for the encouragement, and I likewise urge anyone who's been thinking about this to get it done!
