The unsuccessful starting point was I think Game Colour Storm Blue, great colour but dried as shiny as a shiny thing :'(
Mid coat was Model Colour Dark Prussian Blue and I topped it all off with Model Colour Prussian Blue. I did shade with a mix of the mid and Paynes Grey (I use artist watercolour from a tube) but it was as simple as that.

I did a sailor from the same release this morning by just using the two Prussian Blues (and the Paynes) and it came out fine.

Nope :D  I did check before hand but as I am very unlikely to build a 1/56th Mikasa anytime soon I went with a more fanciful combination of the two ;D  Its also why I didn't post a pick ;)
