I already saw your miniatures on another forum and they are truly amazing and inspiring. I am looking forward to see more.

Which rules should you use ?
I wish I were an octopus to paint more miniatures...Cthulhu must be a great painter

Holy crap...this just has to be one of the coolest projects I've ever seen! Just watched The Thing a couple of days ago and those figures really capture the feel and look of the movie. Can't wait to see more awesomeness like this.

I am looking forward to reading your rules.

You miniatures and sceneries are awesome. We share the same idea : setting The Thing in the future. I wanted a kind of crossover with Aliens the movie, using colonial marines in winter gear (Four A Miniatures) to investigate on a lost arctic colony.

Great job! Do you have any closeups of your Thing models?

That's the idea ! I think you can have a greater storyline for a game; like scenarios with a kid survivor, recuperating power-cells in time (like in pitch black) and the possibility to leave the colony alive (..a bit of hope)  :)
Four A miniatures are just great for that   8)
I also like to see the Things as an alien viral weapon that has gone wild. These guys could want to get their invention back and the corporation could sent in some marines in a further episode...

Rules are almost written and will be available this WE. Feel free to correct them and twist them as you like . The final goal is to make a PDF (a proper version)  in the future with the additional ideas of all the players. Could be cool.

They'll be in the rules  ;)

Thanks a lot for the rules. I'll read them over the week-end. You should create a pdf if you could.

How did you make the snow on the board ?
