Both very good entries 8)

Who make those Dwarfs figures?

Both nice entries.

Curious about the ballista/scorpions (or whatever they are :) )

a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

These are miniatures for the Dark Eye RPG, the range is currently produced by Ral Partha.

Many of the miniatures in this range are sculpted by Werner Klocke and are really nice.

@ Old Coast: This would have been a nice entry for the next round too. Nice paintjob and zombie pirates are always cool. I especially like the one in the deep dive suit.

hoppla! I already knew that W.K. sculpted some dwarves, but it seems he did more than I realized! Do You know which of these? With his dwarves it is not so easy to say, than with his females.

I think all of the Dwarves in this range are done by him except the early male and female dwarf characters and the dwarf sapper. All of the above shown are done by W.K. imho. If i remember it correctly they also had a WK stamped at the bottom of the base.

Thanks. and nice work Arcturus...looks like another super close one.
The ghost pirates are from Privateer Press, a mix of units and solos from the Cryx range.
the guy on the crate is a conversion, head , arm/ weapon swap from various bits
