That guy looks familiar...
« on: 13 May 2012, 06:26:26 PM »
Wel yesterday I played another game of Strange Aeons with Malebolgia and Necrocannibal. It's always a blast, so I was excited again to play another game. Before we started though, Malebolgia gave me a small package saying it was for me. Having no clue what it was, I opened the box. To my BIG suprise it contained a character sheet, 4 cards with items printed on them, and a very well painted miniature which was portraited on the character sheet. The name of the character was: Roon. It was small version of myself that actually does look alot like me! What a generous gift! After that we had a great day playing the new SA story system Malebolgia invented. We played 3 great games, linked together by the story. It was a blast!

Thanks Malebolgia for that amazing gift! Cheers man!

Here's a picture of the goodies taken with my phone:

Yes, that was a big surprise, great looking figure and he does look quite a lot like you. I had a great time yesterday and the alterations to the rule made by Malebolgia worked very well, we actually managed to add some more details/ depth to the rules while playing. Thanks to Malebolgia for the time he put into writing the story and adding rules and to you, Roon, for being there and making it a great day with Malebolgia and me.

Here's Agent Roon in action, being pursued by a zombie:

No sweat man, it was a fantastic sculpt to paint and it was really cool to see 'you' gaming on the field. We had a great day together, fantastic so see you two again and play some games. I assume Matthijs will post the pictures soon :)

And here's a picture of Roon taken with my camera:

You should show a picture of yourself, Roon, so people can see the similarity ;)

On the photo on the chracter card he looks a little bit like a 1930s version of Riddick, with those shiney eyes :)
