A preview of the Samaritan Lancer:

That gun may be powerful but it also looks like a bitch to lug around :?

Well, nothing there that some cutting and "pasting" won't fix...

It most likely made with super cool space age tech, that is lighter then stuff used now.  :D
"Peace" is that brief, glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

It may be lightweight but it's still fairly evidently awkward to carry.

Damn..... I am thinking that they might have to start tossing in some of the the FireBrands as an incentive now.

Nope, Mike's already said they won't be. The Firebrand are in the first expansion.
So many projects..... so little time.......

Well, it's confirmed. All games for Europe will be shipped from the UK! Shipping remains at $25 to cover the additional costs but there will be no random customs charges for any EU purchaser. I am fine with that as splitting a shipment off to the UK will add a fair bit and McVey will have to pay an import charge and customs on the shipment.

Yup is just received via email:

Project Update #15: European shipping will be from the UK

Good news!

We've figured that we should be able to ship within the EU from the UK.  Shipping will still cost the same (boo) as we'll need to deal with customs and VAT on your behalf if you're in the EU, and to cover the extra cost of shipping less than a container load for UK fulfillment.

This will mean that you won't have any issues with possible customs queries, additional tax or other hassles, making your Sedition Wars experience that much smoother!

And to be honest with you, about £15 shipping for that box when all the figures are finally rammed into it from the kickstarter isn't exactly going to break the bank now is it.

Thanks to those who let me know they were this side of the pond. The info was greatly appreciated by Mike to help to gauge non us pledges.

So, everyone who was waiting....what you waiting for Christmas?

;)

I expected the shipping to stay the same so have no problem on that front. I'm not sure if Mike knows what he's taken on with regards to shipping these, particularly when the kickstarter extras need adding etc. Especially if they add optional extras that all need working out per order...

Oh yes, not waiting for Christmas, waiting for some money to turn up. Zombicide swallowed my spare gaming cash. I know the money doesn't get taken for 20 days or so but I still want to make sure I have it first :)

Can Zombicide get in on this container?!?

When is the game set for release?

The $150,000 stretch goal has been met. That one was for a free downloadable scenario that would use all the extra figures packed in at the Biohazard level.

Onward to the $170,000 goal for some custom Vanguard and Strain dice.

The stretch goals seem a little underwhelming compared to Zombicide...  Just sayin...
