Thanks so much for the kind words, guys! I'm a little worried - she's basically  overtaken my painting already  lol

Just think of it as gaining someone to paint your stuff who won't charge for it, though better not show her this bit  ;)

I'll be sure to show her the thread tonight - she's going to be so chuffed!

@Pil - Apologies for the crappy focus - that's my questionable camera skills for you! The dog is indeed pretty ace - the base model is a 15mm scale "giant wolf" from Copplestone Castings if you're interested.

That is interesting; I like miniatures of dogs, wolves and other animals, but so many manufacturers seem to see scale and proportions as a suggestion only.

Speaking for the paint job, I feel quite ashamed remembering the ham-fisted job I made of a Lesser Goblin back in the day!

Blurry shot or no, that is pretty damn impressive for a first attempt.
Much better than mine, in fact better than a whole lot of my later attempts too!

Dirty knees- Nice touch!

Fine painting.
She must have a great coach.
Two things, keep her painting
and don't let her get away. ;)
