Given the topic header I'll let you guess  ;)

Here's the picture of the gateway wip, missed it on the first upload  ::)

I'm also doing ruined wall sections.

cheers

My guess is it would have been "One Night at Budokan" as that combines the essential first two albums along with some classic UFO and was recorded in Japan to boot.  You need to steer clear of the Macauley era stuff.  ;D ::) ;D ::) ;D ::)

Yes, thats a better pic of the gateway.  I can see it much more clearly now - ta :D

Very impressive they look wonderful!

I've been wanting to work on a kung fu / horror project for a long time now.

These would be great for it.

That makes no sense whatsoever, but knowing you don't drink I think it must be a bang on the head  ;D

I think a game with these will be coming soon  ;)

Not to highjack the thread entirely, but when we're on the trail of oriental music I just had to confess that I imagine Svenn as one of the background guitar players for Asia. Don't ask me why I've imagined this (I've done it for the past year or so).

Jim, fantastic building! Is that portal something you've sneaked out of work? :)

Nice! How did you scribe the stones that line the insides of the windows and doorway so neatly?

Jim,

Wow!  :-* :-* :-* :-*

Yet again I don't know how i missed this thread!? Too much time hanging around in the Medieval section I guess  :). There are some real gems here and I wish you well with your Boxer Rebellion ranges of miniatures and terrain.

Slightly OT but what other nations do you plan to represent?

Darrell.

Thanks chaps  :)

To answer the questions in order...

I'm always sneaking stuff out of work  ;D

All the buildings will be available individually as will the walls etc. the catalogue set up will be the same as the Japanese ones on my website.

The scribing is done on the laser (naturally  :) ).

As Studio miniatures is also doing the Rebellion it'd be daft to have a repeat of what they doing but I think Chinese will be next followed by either Russians or Austrians.

cheers

As there were approx. 415 million of them at the time I think we can handle multiple ranges of Chinese :D
