Emerging tunneler?

That would work as a digging vehicle, I suspect, but probably not as a troop carrier in 15mm.

I already have a quartet of Termites for my 6mm version.

I understand, but it IS just the forepart. I think it'd work for a small sapper, breaching vehicle. Don't see a company spilling out, mind you.

Don't see much of anything, to be blunt. We haven't seen this in hand, yet. Why did I think this was supposed to be out mid-July, instead of the end of August. 'Mon deux, Hastings, the little gray cells are dropping like ze flies.'

I've just ordered four of the drill bit only from the Ironclad miniatures mole (not an option on the site, but I sent an email to ask if they were available separately) with the intention of making emerging tunnelers. I'll be sure to let you know how it turns out.

The ironclad pieces arrived a couple of days ago. Nicely cast and with lovely intricate 'teeth', they were a steal at £2.50 each! They're about 5 1/2 cm tall, tapering to a point from a diameter of about 3 1/2 cm. I plan to mount them at a steep angle, about 10 degrees shy of vertical, poking out of the great pile of dirt they've thrown up. They will be the markers for where the tunneler emerges rather than the tunneler itself. For my purposes I think they'll work admirably. Of course, I may get a complete one as well, one day
