I knew Andy was making those monuments, but I only just noticed this thread now. Having read it in one go, I think I died... Andy can reanimate my corpse and Karl and run it as cannon fodder in a game on this incredible, phenomenal, stupendous, flat-out amazing board.

The last two cars are done. I've only got the registration on the Heinkel bubble car left, but I've taken a total brain fart and ran out of ideas for I like!!

This is the smaller of the two taxis I'm doing for the project. It seems a nicer model than bigger one I've shown previously, except for the tail lights. There's not much definition there! Also I didn't know how to fix the plastic windows on this, I hope Karl doesn't mind!!!

I love the way you paint up these vehicles and I'm especially impressed with and envious of how you handle the headlights etc. The windows are also really well done and look much better than leaving them plain or painting then in black.

Used to have that bubble car myself but sold it on Ebay the other year. Got quite a nice price for it!

As for number plate for the Bubble car, what about:

BUB ALL
NOT C5 (as in Sinclair C5....)
DEL BOY (it has got three wheels...)

How about putting a couple jagged holes and then a crazed effect:

Your envious of me?!? I'd swap your painting skills With mine in a heartbeat!! The windows are easy once you dismantle the whole car bud!

Feck me!! I just checked those bubble cars on eBay! Some are going for £125!!!!

The news stand is finished, but I'm not sure I'm happy with the 'Crooked News' sign. I may re-do it!
