Here is a (pretty dark, Im afraid) photo of Formless thing for my SA games. It has its flaws but I pretty enjoyed making and painting it. As I've just started out with a game and don't have many miniatures yet, it is also used to represent fire demon and pretty much anything that doesn't fits 50mm base more than ordinary 25mm!

The mini itself is pretty basic, it has eyes/blobs, mouthS (!) and some tentacles. I have made it some pores that could probably look even better if I'd make it as if goo or cosmic steam would pour out! Gah, now I want to make geysers!

Pretty hard to decide exactly what makes a 'formless thing', bit this certainly works for me.

Nice modelling and painting jobs there!! It´s good to see scratch built from zero miniatures. Will we see another creation some time in the future?

Thanks for the kind comments guys! Yes, photos are something I should really work on!

And yes Einar, there are more coming up, but those won't be as nice. Formless thing is pretty simple and now Im also working on Shantak, Nightgaunt, a conglomerate and something that just might end up as a dimensional shambler

So, I've figured I've rename the topic and just post my progress that should be a bit swifter once I get my Black cat bases' parcel!

I've been messing with terrain lately and made some graveyard pieces and there are some WIP shots of my conglomerate lurker.

I am in a hurry and can't post any pictures here, but you can always see them on my blog at http://mathyoo28mm.blogspot.com or here for the post in question.

Yea, I am about to start beating up my SA figures again and knock out another batch in painting...40k has been eating the limelight of late.
