No, I have that miniature before me right now, and it's not it. I do believe it's that Reaper figure instead.

Reaper is correct on the Sorceress.  The trucks are modified from some Texaco Collectors Club trucks I got at a local junk shop.  I think they were manufactured by ERTL.  I'm not sure where you would find them for sale.
